Rohr reveals team selection plans for 2017 World Cup qualifier against Cameroon

Nigeria national team coach Gernot Rohr has revealed his team selection plans prior to Nigeria's World Cup 2018 qualifiers game against Cameroon
next year.

Speaking in an interview on Nigeria’s national radio, Rohr also cried out that Eagles will not get enough games to blend before the heavy fixtures.

Nigeria are currently leading Group B of the CAF World Cup 2018 qualifying series, but having failed to qualify for next year Africa Cup of Nations has made supporters of the National team to fear the worst in terms of team chemistry when hostilities resumes for the World Cup qualifiers in August 2017.

“We have a match with Egypt in Dubai for them to prepare for the AFCON,” said the former Burkina Faso, Gabon and Niger Republic coach.

“The next AFCON qualifiers begin in March and that will be good for us. We will look for good players to invite. We will try all good players and they will improve our team.”
