BAYERN MUNICH PRESIDENT - LEIPZIG ARE THE NEW ENEMYS

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has admitted Leipzig are the Bavarian's  new enemy following their rise to the summit of the Bundesliga table.

"Leipzig won 4-1, now we have a new enemy
besides Dortmund we can attack," Hoeness
said at Bayern's AGM.

"If we are honest we had to take our
motivation from ourselves in the last years. It's
time some new clubs appear we can challenge.

"Leipzig are a hungry, young team; Hasenhuttl
is an outstanding coach, we know him from
Bayern [the Austrian ended his playing career
with Bayern Munich II].

"But the longer as I think about it, all the more
fun I have."

Hoeness became Bayern Munich's president for the second time following his release after being imprisoned for tax evasion. He won as the only standing candidate with 6,986 in favour of him, as only 108 voted against him.
