Chelsea have indicated their interest in Hoffenheim defender Niklas Sule. Sources close the club say the blues are ready to make an offer for the defender in the January transfer window.
Antonio Conte is on the quest of bringing in a fresh defender in order to keep the title on a high. However, they could face competition from Bayern Munich, who are also weighing up a move for the star defender.
Sule has excelled at Hoffenheim this season. The player holds a current role at his current club playing as a wing back. This has attracted Conte who has employed a 3-4-3 strategy at Chelsea and however, has indicated his interest to bring the 21-years-old at Stamford Bridge, John Terry and Ivanovic will be out of contract next summer.
