Toni Kroos out with fractured a foot

Real Madrid have been dealt a massive blow as
midfielder Toni Kroos has fractured the fifth
metatarsal in his right foot, the club have
confirmed.

Los Blancos confirmed in a statement on
Tuesday morning that the German midfielder
had fractured the bone in Sunday's 3-0 win over
Leganes, although he played the full 90 minutes
- as he has done for each of the club's last
eleven fixtures, including in the Copa Del Rey.
Whilst no timescale was released by the club, it
is expected he will miss the next six weeks of
actions and will be unavailable for the crunch
league clashes with Atletico and Barcelona,
alongside being ruled out for the remainder of
the group stages of the Champions League.
