Frank de Boer needed more time - Joao Mario

In reaction to Frank de Boer's sack,  Inter Milan midfielder Joao Mario confessed the manager was not given time to prove himself to the club.

Speaking to TMW radio, Mario also commented Gabriel Barbosa's difficulty in adapting to a new league but said the player will become great.


"De Boer did not have time to work but it was a
difficult situation," the Portuguese player told
TMW radio.

"If a big team don’t have the right
results, then Coaches get replaced.

“Gabigol? He’s a great player but coming to
Europe from Brazil always brings difficulties. He
needs time but he has the talent.

“He must work and the new Coach will bring out
the best in him.
